David Burnside has been named president of TABLECRAFT PRODUCTS CO. He takes the place of former president and owner Glenn Davis, who is now acting as CEO and board chairman. Burnside previously served with San Jamar and American Metalcraft. TableCraft, based in Gurnee, Ill., specializes in tabletop products.
