Available in 4 sizes, the cabinets feature a user-friendly automated system that provides correct measures of water, nutrients, relative humidity and lighting in individual growing zones for a range of plants, herbs and micro greens right on site. “With GardenChef, we have created an automated ecosystem that no longer means farm to table, it’s now kitchen to table,” says Ryan Savage, V.P. Operations at Carter-Hoffmann. “Some leafy vegetables lose up to half of their nutritional value within days of harvesting. Adds Savage, “growing from seeds can save approximately 80%, on average, from the wholesale cost of a flat.” And since the largest GardenChef has room to hold up to 16 10- by 20-in. flats, that’s a lot of savings.

Vinotemp’s Private Reserve Series 300-Bottle Commercial Wine Cooler features adjustable wine racks. The sturdy racking cradles bottles so the labels of the stored wine are front facing, adding to the cooler’s visual appeal.
