Boelter Sells Its Licensed Products Division

The Boelter Companies announced today that it has agreed to sell its Boelter Brands Division to Nashville-based Logo Brands, a top manufacturer of licensed products for more than 450 professional and collegiate teams and other organizations.

Boelter Brands is the sports licensed products division of Milwaukee-based Boelter Companies. Boelter will continue to grow its design, equipment, supply and fulfillment business serving the foodservice and beverage markets.

“This agreement allows Boelter to focus our energy and resources on our foodservice and beverage business customers and industry partners,” said Eric Boelter, president and CEO of Boelter Foodservice. “We are passionate about serving the food and beverage industries. It has been the core of our business throughout our 90-year history and will remain central to how we serve the marketplace.”

Boelter said it will also continue to support the sports and collegiate sponsorships of  beverage industry customers with our branded beverage products.
