Chapman has prior experience as a pastry chef, product development scientist, and innovation consultant. She has worked with a wide variety of CPG and food service clients, identifying strategic paths toward category expansion, new consumer targets, brand acquisition, and interpretation of how consumer trends should dictate long-term vision. She holds a B.S in Food Science from the University of Illinois, a Master’s Degree in Food Chemistry from Rutgers University and certification in French Pastry Techniques from Chicago’s own French Pastry School.
