It won’t be only the meters of exhibition space filled with catering and foodservice equipment and supplies that beckon buyers and operators next month to HOST 2015 in Milan. The 39th edition of the biennial show, Oct. 23-27 at Fiera Milano Exhibition Centre offers a host of exhibits, events and presentations.
HOST 2015 will include six pavilions covering the gamut of equipment and supplies as well as exhibitor-sponsored events exploring topics, such as the evolution and future of cooking and pastry-making technologies; the role of refrigeration and importance of maintenance; assessments of costs and benefits; the importance of energy management and maintenance, in-store positioning and smart-system management. There also will be presentations about experiences in integrated HVACR systems engineering and a discussion about how it affects technical management.
The “Best in Hospitality Consultancy” will be examined in goal-oriented workshops organized by FCSI. Other programs and exhibits will cover the markets for tableware and furniture; bar and coffee; bread, pizza and pasta; and gelato and pastry. More than 400 special events are scheduled.
