Chicago To Welcome Two ShopHouse Units

ShopHouse Southeast Asian Kitchen, the fast-casual concept from Chipotle Mexican Grill, is close to entry dates for its debut in the Windy City. Its first location opens this month in suburban Schaumburg, and December will see the opening of a new store in Chicago’s Loop. The brand currently operates 10 locations in Washington and Los Angeles. Much of the menu was developed by Nate Appleman, the James Beard Award-winning Chef. The concept uses a similar serving format as Chipotle, allowing customers to pick from Southeast Asian recipes or create their own custom bowls.
