Scotsman Hires New VP Sales & Marketing

Scotsman Ice Systems has appointed Nick Mirkovich as its new Vice President-Sales and Marketing. Mirkovich, based in the company’s corporate headquarters in Vernon Hills, Ill., will be responsible for managing sales through distribution, key chain and direct accounts throughout the Americas. He joins Scotsman after nearly 15 years working in sales, marketing, product management and retail capacities at such companies as Newell-Rubbermaid, and most recently, Pactiv Food Packaging as national sales manager.

“Nick has a strong track record in the foodservice industry that is highlighted by sales management, but also includes proven experience in market planning and customer service to reach organizational goals. I am confident he will be a valuable asset to both our market efforts, and as a key contributor to my management team,” states Scotsman President Kevin Clark.
