Nemco Partners With National Service Cooperative

Nemco Food Equipment has formed a partnership with National Service Cooperative—a nationwide network of companies that provide service, repair and maintenance of commercial foodservice equipment—to provide Nemco with a dedicated service network.

It also paves the way for the Hicksville, Ohio, maker of prep, cooking and holding equipment to provide rollout and install solutions for its national chain accounts. “This investment in after-the-sale service gives our sales team a distinct advantage. It allows them to sell peace of mind right alongside our innovative products,” says Nemco Director of Sales Joe Carcione, CFSP. “This partnership as well as our newly expanded product line-up of Global Solutions products makes it an exciting time to be part of the Nemco family of dealers.”

Chris Fisher, Nemco’s Manager-Customer Experience, agreed. “This is an important step in our ability to provide the best service in the industry and goes hand-in hand with our vision of redefining quality,” he says. “Nemco’s knowledgeable Customer Experience team will continue to offer personal service and troubleshooting directly to our customers, but will now have the backing of the nation’s premier service network.”

NSC, headquartered in Omaha, was formed in 1994 to provide multiunit operators and equipment manufacturers with a single-service network.
