The third generation of the Kauffmann family is taking the helm at Electric Motor Repair Co., the 90-year-old Baltimore-based service company. Kauffman-Kirschnick joined the company in 2003 and has moved steadily upward through the company’s departments, including operations manager of the Delaware branch and of EMR headquarters. In June 2015, she was named to her current position as general manager overseeing all branches and service areas.
