The new, revolutionary Vector F Series Multi-Cook Oven features exclusive Structured Air Technology for improved food quality, variety and production. Users can control temperature, fan speed and time in each individual oven chamber and cook up to 4 different food items simultaneously with no flavor transfer between chambers. Structured Air Technology delivers high-velocity, focused heat for faster, more even cooking than traditional convection ovens. One full-size Vector Multi-Cook Oven can replace two traditional convection ovens. Full-size models are available in 3 or 4 oven chambers that accommodate full-size sheet pans and hotel pans and also give operators the ability to combine oven chambers to accommodate taller food items such as turkeys or roasts.
