Pecinka Ferri Among AJC Food Service Division Honorees

Three foodservice companies will be honored this summer at the American Jewish Committee’s 2018 Food Service Division Reception.

AJC will honor Network Services Co., Diamond Chemical Co., and Ed Pecinka and Joe Ferri of Pecinka Ferri Associates for supporting its philanthropic global outreach programs. More than 350 foodservice industry leaders are expected to attend the June 13 event at the New York Botanical Garden.

Manufacturers’ agents Pecinka and Ferri will each receive AJC’s 2018 National Human Relations Award. Network Services will receive AJC’s 2018 National Corporate Innovation Award, recognizing its groundbreaking approaches to business and its 50th anniversary as a collaborative partnership for distributors. Diamond. a manufacturer of laundry, warewashing, housekeeping, sanitizing, and other institutional and industrial products, will receive AJC’s 2018 National Corporate Leadership Award.

Michael Posternak of PBAC & Associates and Clark Pager of Jetro Cash & Carry Enterprises serve, respectively, as AJC Food Service Division Chair and Honorary Chair.
