Paul Toukatly Memorial Fund

Paul Toukatly dedicated much of his life to service projects and helping others help themselves. His efforts included working to provide remote villages access to clean water, saving lives and allowing thousands of people to grow and thrive. The CFESA Board of Directors is inviting the membership to help continue Toukatly's sense of service and caring for others by funding the drilling of 10 new wells in Sierra Leone, Africa, in his honor.
