Alto-Shaam Taps Culinary Manager for Consultant Outreach

Alto-Shaam promoted its regional culinary manger, Ryan Norman, to director of consultant services.

The company said the move is “part of restructuring plans that focus the organization on strengthening their relationships and support for the consultant community.”

Norman will serve as the primary contact for national foodservice consultant organizations across North America, the company says. He will responsible for nurturing and developing relationships with design and management advisory consultants. He will also

With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Norman joined Alto-Shaam in 2013 as a corporate executive chef and was promoted to regional culinary manager in 2016. Prior to working at Alto-Shaam, Norman was a foodservice consultant.

Norman looks forward to supporting consultants:  “I am excited to get started and ensure that we continue to provide our customers with the highest quality products and services – exceeding their expectations at every touch point.”
