Alto-Shaam is now showcasing its commercial kitchen equipment at a new hybrid demonstration kitchen and working restaurant in Mexico City.

Equipped with a multi-cook oven, cook and hold oven, smoker oven and warming drawer, the restaurant—dubbed Timothy’s Kansas City BBQ—is fully functional, and customers and partners can visit the location for on-site demonstrations.

“With just a few pieces of equipment, the restaurant has everything it needs to cook, smoke, hold to serve lunch and dinner,” says Hugo Hernandez Ponce, Alto-Shaam’s chef for Latin America and the Caribbean and owner and operator of the site, in a press release. “I look forward to showcasing the versatility and multi-functionality of Alto-Shaam equipment with this hybrid restaurant and demo location.”

Carine Aguiar-Wright, Alto-Shaam’s international manager for the Caribbean and Latin America, says the new demo location is key to expanding the manufacturer’s presence across the region.
