The Food Equipment Service Leaders’ Summit is scheduled for its virtual debut on March 23-25.

The free, first-of-its-kind event will be hosted by Rich Malachy, CEO and founder of FEDD Nation and Malachy Parts, and Scott McGrath, director of Origo BPO.

Confirmed speakers are as follows: Gyner Ozgul, operations and strategic COO/EVP at Smart Care Equipment Solutions; Josh Zolin, CEO of Windy City Equipment Service; Rodger Smelcer, VP/Owner at United Service Technologies Inc.; Dan Dibeler, president of K&D Factory Service; Chris Rohling, founder and CEO at Oasis PM & Technical Services; Danny Koontz, director of relationship management at Windy City Equipment; Aaron Salow, CEO at XOi Technologies; Robert Harris, senior manager of industry partners and customer care at Smart Care Equipment Solutions; and Erik Koenig, vice president of brand and communications at Parts Town.

The event’s discussions will revolve around people, processes and profits.
