Kalamazoo, Mich.-based dealership Aldevra recently received a “Great Place to Work Certification” for the third consecutive year.
The recognition is based on employees’ real-time reports of company culture, and all of Aldevra’s 43 employees reported 100% satisfaction on a number of factors in the qualifying survey.
“We put a lot of time and effort into treating people how we want to be treated. It’s just nice to have it recognized.”
“My leadership team stresses out about these surveys every time, yet our employees continue to speak loud and clear about the workplace and culture we have built,” says Rodney Marshall, Aldevra president and CEO. “I’m not surprised that employees think we’re a great place to work. We put a lot of time and effort into treating people how we want to be treated. It’s just nice to have it recognized.”
In 2023, Aldevra says it has developed HR initiatives related to hiring, employee development and inclusivity, including a Military and Veteran Resource Group and Leadership Development Program.
Marshall, a service-disabled veteran and minority entrepreneur, founded Aldevra in 2009.
