Denver-based Food Service Holdings (FSH) has hired Tim Mamrak as Eastern regional sales manager and promoted Abby Green to marketing director.

Mamrak joins the company with 13 years of territory sales management experience within the foodservice industry, including positions at Rational, Lentz Milling and U.S. Foods. In his new role with Food Service Holdings, his duties include leading sales efforts, managing representative groups across their assigned territories, initiating customer visits and engagement and developing incentive programs.

“We are pleased to bring an industry veteran like Tim on board to expand the reach of our sales staff,” says Stephanie Gilbert, executive vice president of corporate growth strategy, in a press release. “His addition allows FSH to have factory representation in the Northeast for the first time in several years.”

As for Green, she joined the company in June 2020 from PartsTown/Heritage Foodservice Group where she served as marketing manager for the institutions segment. In addition to her current responsibilities as senior marketing manager, Green now also will develop and supervise all strategic marketing campaigns and play a role in new product development and identifying solutions to complement FSH’s line of food guards and servery products.

Food Service Holdings has three subsidiary companies: BSI, English Manufacturing and Colorado Custom Stone.
