Jim Hawk Truck Trailers Becomes Polar King Mobile Dealer

The Council Bluffs, Iowa-based Jim Hawk Truck Trailers has become the newest dealer for Polar King Mobile (PKM), a separate business unit under the Polar King family of companies focused on providing small refrigerated trailer solutions.

Jim Hawk Truck Trailers got its start as a single trailer sales dealership in 1972 and now has nine branches across the Midwest. According to Christian Aitken, PKM’s executive vice president, the company is a perfect partner as PKM expands its footprint across the U.S.

“The addition of Jim Hawk Truck Trailers takes the PKM line deeper into the heart of the Midwest and Great Plains,” says Aitken in a press release. “Our products complement those of Polar King and Polar Leasing by providing a long-absent solution to the marketplace. We are excited about the opportunity Jim Hawk Truck Trailers brings to make these products more widely known and available.”

Polar King Mobile provides 8- to 16-ft. 110 V refrigerated trailers that are designed and engineered specifically for outdoor and over-the-road use.
