Texas-based Main Event launched a new in-house restaurant at all of its locations on Nov. 1 that bolsters the dining and entertainment chain’s food offerings.

The restaurant, Family Kitchen, offers nearly 50 new menu items, including burgers, chicken sandwiches and wings, pan pizzas, mini mason jar cheesecakes and “family feasts,” sharable selections for up to five people. To support the menu, Main Event added breading stations for the chicken sandwiches, proof boxes for the pan pizzas and upgraded its fryers to ensure quality for the chicken wings and chicken sandwiches.

Main Event says the addition of Family Kitchen provides customers a best-in-class dining destination.

“The Family Kitchen was largely inspired by Main Event’s brand promise to be a place for families to bond,” says Ashley Zickefoose, chief marketing officer at Main Event, in a press release. “From shareable favorites with our family feasts to offering something tasty and memorable for everyone in the family, our new restaurant further showcases that Main Event is not only the premiere place to have fun but also a top-notch place to dine with families and friends.”

Main Event, with 52 locations in 17 states, was acquired by Dave and Buster’s on June 29 for $835 million.
