Middleby Promotes Parker to President of Deutsche

The Middleby Corp. has promoted Marlowe Parker to president of Deutsche Beverage Technologies. Part of the Middleby Beverage Group, the company designs and manufactures commercial brewery equipment.

Parker joined Charlotte, N.C.-based Deutsche in 2017 as controller and was promoted to CFO before being named general manager in January 2021. Now, Parker will take on an expanded leadership role and greater responsibility for the company’s overall strategic direction. She will continue to be responsible for brand strategy, new product development and overseeing day-to-day activities.

“Marlowe is highly respected by customers, employees and partners. She has proven her strong leadership skills, led successful product launches and grown the Deutsche customer base. Her knowledge of the company product, process and industry trends has greatly contributed to the rapid growth and positive reputation of the brand,” says Korey Kohl, president of Middleby Beverage, in a press release.

Before joining Deutsche, Parker was international controller with Precision Drive Systems and also previously worked as a controller with Steag Energy Services.
