Welbilt Installs Four New Sales, Marketing VPs

Welbilt has appointed four new vice presidents in sales and marketing roles at its Merrychef U.S., Delfield, Frymaster and Kolpak brands.

Scott Baillargeon was promoted to vice president of sales at Merrychef U.S. In this role, Baillargeon will lead the development and execution of sales with key accounts, dealers and sales representatives.

A 30-year industry veteran, Baillargeon joined Welbilt in 2004 as area sales manager for Lincoln Foodservice Products, Asia Pacific. Since then, he has held global sales roles with Frymaster, Lincoln and Merco brands. For the past two years, he served as product sales manager for Merrychef U.S.

Marcy Mathews was tapped as vice president of sales, marketing and product management for Delfield. In this role, she will lead commercial activities, including reps, global strategic accounts and dealer partners. She also will be responsible for brand marketing and product management, as well as the related teams.

Mathews joined Delfield in 2003 as sales engineer and advanced to director of product management and customer service.

Kirk Goss was named vice president of sales and marketing for Frymaster. He will be responsible for driving sales strategy and customer relationships globally, as well as marketing and product strategies to create future demand for the Frymaster brand. He will work with the global regions, pushing sales in domestic and international markets.

Goss joined the company in 2007 and has held sales roles for Manitowoc Foodservice and Welbilt brands. Most recently, he served as Welbilt’s vice president of consultant relations.

Scott Rogers was installed as vice president of sales, marketing and product development for Kolpak. In this role, Rogers will set the future direction for the brand’s walk-in portfolio while leading commercial activities, including reps, global strategic accounts and dealer partners. He also will be responsible for brand marketing and product management, as well as the related teams.

Rogers began his career in the foodservice industry with McCall Refrigeration in 2004 before joining Kolpak in 2009. He has held various roles with the brand, including inside sales and service manager, business development manager and senior product sales manager.
